Interactive Advanced Seminar (Online)

Welcome! We are thrilled to have you! Please register for our free 6-hour course designed to teach you about the Emarsys Platform. You'll work alongside other Emarsys clients to complete a use-case of “Omni-channel engagement with your VIP clients.”

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

During this seminar, you will learn how to set up a personalized, automated reactivation program which you will do by completing exercises with Tactics, VCE, Interactions, Triggered Emails, Web Push, Web Channel, and Loyalty.

The seminar is 6 hours long - split over 3 days. We invite you to participate through games and exercises. You will be given a login to the training account to use during the sessions. Remember: Learning is a social act! We will do our best to make sure that you will retain your knowledge.

YOUR PRE-REQUISITES:

Complete the corresponding onboarding path, which should take approximately 1 hour in total.

You should only sign up if you can attend all sessions and can actively participate. You should attend from a quiet room, need a computer and we recommend 2 monitors and headsets.

NOTE: This seminar builds on your already existing basic platform knowledge.
